HERE IS HOW IT WORKS


A dedicated Family Advocate Specialist will work with your family to find communities that meet your geographic, financial, and social goals. Once the communities are identified, your Family Advocate Specialist will tour the communities with your family to provide support and help ask industry appropriate questions. After the tours, your specialist will sit down with your family and discuss the pros and cons of each community, and ensure that you make the best decision for your family.

1. Contact Family Advocate

Give us a call @ (678) 809-3333 to be connected with one of our senior care advisor's in your area. Your FACS Advisor will talk to you about you or your loved ones care needs and find out what is important to your family.

2. Identify Placement Needs

We want to know everything, so tell us about you or your loved ones needs:

  • • Location
  • • Services
  • • Amenities

3. Appropriate Communities

This is where Family Advocate Care Services steps in and streamlines this decision process. We will give you a customized list of appropriate communities. Once you and your family decide, FACS contacts the communities to schedule the tours.

4. One on One Tour Services

A Family Advocate Care Advisor will arrange all the tour times and confirm appointments with the communities. We will then meet you at each of your choosen communities and attend the tours with you and your family.

5. Take Time to Decide

Consider all of the communities your and your family have visited. Narrow down the communities to the one that offers the type of services you need. Contact your Family Advocate Care Advisor anytime to answer any questions which may still be lingering. We will put you in contact with the community you have selected.

6. Move In

At this point we will check in with you to see if you need any additional help or information about the community you've selected. Family Advocate Care Services will work with the community to see about your move-in experience. FACS will also call to find out if you and your family have any questions/concerns.
